Wilmington Machinery Presents New Inline Recip Blow Molder Machines
In 2015, Wilmington Machinery introduced a Multi-Cavity Industrial Blow Molder for making heavy wall industrial containers, automotive components, jerry cans and pesticide spray containers. The machine as originally offered utilized a reciprocating screw with single parison head and 3.7 indexing clamping stations to produce 150 to 800 pieces per hour.
Now, the machine is available with single, dual, three or four parison heads and molds for small bottle production from 90 ml to 8 oz., medium bottle production of 12 – 32 oz., and large containers from 1-5 gallons, including F-Style types. Production capacities now range from 150 to 6,400 pieces per hour.
The new Inline Recip Machines are available for monolayer and multilayer products and offer a high degree of flexibility, fast changeover, and the ability to run using all or only a few of the clamps for short run applications. Systems are available with part takeout and finishing, in-mold labelling and view stripe.
Wilmington Machinery is a well-known manufacturer of high speed rotary (wheel) type extrusion blow molding machines since 1979.
