Wilmington Machinery Announces New Hires

Wilmington Machinery is pleased to announce three recent hires: Justin Appleton as the new Vice President of Operations, Tyler Duff as Design Engineer, and Sam Baker as Sales and Marketing Specialist.

As Vice President of Operations, Appleton is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, strategic planning participant and product/process development. He previously served as Flow & Procurement Director and Production Manager / Safety Director at South-Tek Systems in Wilmington, NC. Appleton is a graduate of East Carolina University and received an Electronics Certification while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

As Design Engineer, Duff is focused on product development and design, as well as related customer and internal support. He was previously a Design Engineer at Hol-Mac Corporation in Bay Springs, MS. Duff earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mississippi – Oxford.

Baker is making his return to Wilmington Machinery as Sales and Marketing Specialist, having previously served as Purchasing Agent at the company. He will now be responsible for parts sales, customer support and marketing coordination. Baker is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Business Administration.

And we are fortunate to have Sam back at the company, after he had briefly moved away for family reasons.”
