The North American National Plastics Exposition (NPE) – March 23 – 27 in Orlando, Florida.
The North American National Plastics Exposition (NPE) sponsored by the Society of the Plastics Industry will be held March 23 – 27 in Orlando, Florida. It is one of the largest exhibitions in the world held every three years. For Wilmington Machinery, it is the 14th time of participating, beginning in 1973.
The Wilmington Machinery exhibit presents new product offerings as follows:
INJECTION MOLDING – Three new 500, 750 and 1000 ton General Purpose Low Pressure Structural Foam Machines with technical features not found on previous or competitive large injection machines. These machines are capable of molding multiple parts weighing up to 300 lb. (135 kg.). Additionally, two new LUMINA Plastic Pallet Molding Systems for volume pallet production from 100% recycled raw material therefore producing the lowest cost pallets.
BLOW MOLDING – Introducing an all new In-Line Multiclamp Machine for volume production of rigid packaging plus automotive, industrial and toys. Also being introduced for the first time is a new Variable Speed Rotary System with calibration and in-machine deflashing. Plus significant advances in Wilmington Machinery’s Continuous Rotary Machine Systems for volume production of extrusion blow molded rigid packaging (monolayer and multilayer) at capacities up to 1200 bottles per minute.
CUSTOM – Wilmington Machinery has a long history of building custom proprietary primary plastics processing machinery for companies who have ideas but lack the design and build skills. Successes include injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming and hybrid processes.
Wilmington Machinery is hopeful you will be in attendance at NPE and extends a warm welcome to visit its display Booth #1255. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make an appointment for a specified time.
